The Booster Pump Modification Project will replace the existing booster pump station located on the Omni property in Amelia Island.  The new pump station will include a new 1-million-gallon ground storage tank, seven (7) split case pumps, a 500kW standby generator and associated electrical and controls equipment.  The County, the contractor and the local planned community, AIPCA, are coordinating on a maintenance of traffic (MOT) plan for the maintenance and protection of vehicular and pedestrian traffic.  Once the MOT plan is implemented, construction activities can commence.  The project is anticipated to be substantially completion in April 2023.
