Commercial Customers

This page is intended for new businesses applying for service or existing businesses who are receiving water or wastewater service from the FGUA. Most of the resources that you’ll need can currently be found under our “Customers” section. Exceptions to this are service applications and deposit information.

NEW & EXISTING COMMERCIAL SERVICE
FORM B – Application for New Service or Change of Existing Commercial Service

FORM B should be completed and submitted to the FGUA’s local customer service office if the applicant is looking to apply for new commercial service or change the account ownership and/or usage of an existing, established business, master metered community or condominium association.

TEMPORARY CONSTRUCTION METER
FORM C – Application for Temporary (Construction Meter)

FORM C should be completed and submitted to the FGUA’s local customer service office if the applicant is looking for temporary water service at a location for construction or similar purposes.

MERGING or SPLITTING UNITS
FORM D – Application for Commercial Merge or Split Service Change

FORM D should be completed and submitted to the FGUA’s local customer service office if the applicant is looking to change the account ownership and/or configuration meters for an existing, established business. In most cases, this form is used for shopping center locations where a single unit is split into two or more units and each new unit requires a new metered service OR when single metered units are being combined and multiple meters would be removed so that only one meter is provided.

CHANGING METER SIZES
FORM E – Application for Meter Size Change

FORM E should be completed and submitted to the FGUA’s local customer service office if the applicant is looking to change the size of the meter associated with an existing commercial location.

APPLICATION FOR RESIDENTIAL UTILITY SERVICE AVAILABILITY
FORM F – Application for Residential Utility Service Availability

FORM F should be completed by builders/developers/property owner/prospective if the property is not currently served by an existing water and/or sewer connection.
