The FGUA showed its appreciation for its Customer Service, Billing Agents, and Field Staff by celebrating Customer Service Week October 16 – 20.
These individuals work on the “front line” to help our valued customers. Our team addresses all concerns, from routine billing inquiries, to ensuring water service is restored following storms and hurricanes. Their dedication translates to FGUA receiving high ratings of satisfaction from our customers through our Bi-Annual Survey.
To celebrate their accomplishments, staff celebrated each day of the week with theme days. Staff could dress up, and offices were festively decorated throughout the week.
Here’s a look back at the week:
Monday: Pajama Day
Tuesday: Tourist Tuesday
Wednesday: Wacky Wednesday (staff dressed in mismatched clothes) and team potlucks at each Customer Service office.
Thursday: Throwback Thursday
Friday: Sports Team Spirit Day
About Customer Service Week: Customer Service Week was created by Warren Blanding, who started the Customer Service Institute. Customer Service Week was founded in 1987, and is practiced by organizations in all 50 states and 60 countries.
